Dr. Bryon
Stephens |

Dr.
Stephens received his MD from the Indiana University
School of Medicine in 1987. He completed his residency
in general surgery at Saginaw Cooperative Hospitals,
Inc., Saginaw, MI and was Chief Resident from 1991-1992.
During his 13-year medical career, Dr. Stephens has
earned many honors including being named a fellow of the
American College of Surgeons and a diplomat of the
National Board of Medical Examiners and the American
Board of Surgery. He is a recipient of the Charles G.
Johnson Award for Outstanding Clinical Research from the
Detroit Surgical Society. In addition, he is a member of
the American Medical Association, the American College
of Surgeons, the Indiana State Medical Association, the
Fort Wayne-Allen County Medical Society and the Midwest
Surgical Association. Dr. Stephens is an active staff
member of Lutheran and Parkview hospitals, Healthsouth
Premier Surgery Center, and Dupont Surgery Center.
His personal interests include gardening, military
history, and Chicago Bears football.
